Job Description

The Business NetSuite Specialist is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of NetSuite ERP, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business processes. This role involves developing advanced HTML templates to enhance user interfaces and experiences. The administrator will handle the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB), NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), Reporting, Scripting, SuiteBilling, and integration with Celigo. The Business NetSuite Administrator will also manage integrations between NetSuite and other business applications using Celigo. Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to NetSuite functionality, data integrity, and performance.

The Business NetSuite Specialist will work independently and as part of a team, providing technical support to NetSuite users and conducting training sessions to enhance user proficiency & adoption of NetSuite functionalities. The specialist will maintain documentation of NetSuite configurations, customizations, & processes and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field, experience with other ERP systems, and knowledge of JavaScript and other programming languages. Familiarity with financial and accounting principles is also required.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in NetSuite administration, including NSPB and NSAW.
  • Experience with SuiteScript and SuiteBilling.
  • Familiarity with Celigo or similar integration platforms.
  • Advanced HTML and CSS skills for template development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionality, data integrity, and performance.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The salary range reflects the high level of expertise and responsibility associated with this role.
