About the Role:- Provide comprehensive mental health and addiction services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, as well as provide education and support to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, community agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to mental health and addiction services.
