Job Title: Cheese Production Specialist

Chinook Cheese Ltd is seeking a skilled Cheese Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to process and package food products, performing corrective machine adjustments, and maintaining shift logs of production and other data.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery to process and package food products
  • Perform corrective machine adjustments
  • Record production information
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
  • Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
  • Maintain shift log of production and other data
  • Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
  • Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in food processing or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment:

Our cheese production facility is a fast-paced environment where you will work alongside a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment and follow all safety protocols.
