Cheese Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cheese Production Specialist to join our team at Chinook Cheese Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to process and package food products, performing corrective machine adjustments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery: Safely operate machinery to process and package food products, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.
- Perform machine adjustments: Perform corrective machine adjustments to maintain optimal production levels and prevent equipment downtime.
- Record production information: Accurately record production information, including production levels, quality control data, and equipment performance.
- Clean and maintain equipment: Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inform supervisor of issues: Inform your supervisor of any mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities that may impact production.
- Maintain production logs: Maintain shift logs of production and other relevant data to support quality control and production planning.
- Set up and adjust equipment: Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines to ensure optimal production levels and product quality.
- Inspect products: Inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
As a Cheese Production Specialist at Chinook Cheese Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth production processes.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train or equivalent experience in a related field.
