Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business improvement and optimize operations.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a field operations management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry and relevant technical skills.
