Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Quesada Burritos & Tacos is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards are met.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high-quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Be available to start on the advertised start date.
  • Relocation: Be willing to relocate for this position.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English or French.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
