Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Wendcorp Holdings Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance and support to staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
