Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Wendcorp Holdings Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely delivery of food and services.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, ensuring a diverse and skilled team.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules that meet the needs of the business, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing overtime.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. You will be required to work effectively in a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and customers.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
