Job DescriptionThe Executive Culinary Chef Leader will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest quality dishes are served to our guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating new cooking techniques and equipment to staff
- Creating innovative recipes
- Instructing cooks in food preparation, cooking, presentation, and handling
- Supervising kitchen staff and coordinating meal preparation
- Developing menus and maintaining quality standards
To be successful as an Executive Culinary Chef Leader, you must possess:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 3 years of culinary experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
