Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Monitor and control sales and inventory levels, making adjustments as needed to optimize sales and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
Work Environment

As a Retail Store Supervisor at Regional General Store, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, staff, and management on a daily basis. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
