Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete and submit customs manifests and prior notice documents in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customs brokers and customers to resolve any issues or delays
  • Monitor and update customs clearance processes to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide support to dispatchers with customs paperwork and clearance processes
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports related to customs clearance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customs clearance processes

Requirements:

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with AS400 systems preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
