This role involves a range of responsibilities, including working in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office, as well as other tasks that support the smooth operation of our theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Operate cash handling equipment and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and late nights, as required.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification, where applicable, and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres, would be an asset.
