About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Member Experience team as a Member Experience Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and healthy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a delegate to the Experience Manager, providing coaching and guidance to staff to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related customer experience and 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales success and delivering meaningful customer growth.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, days, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and staff.
