About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product to lead the development of Inference Services. As a key member of our Executive team, you will define and shape the product vision for Denvr Cloud Inference Services. This role requires a deep understanding of AI development and workflows, a focus on delivering impactful outcomes, and the ability to excel in the dynamic, fast-paced AI cloud services market.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge cloud solutions for AI, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability across distributed systems. Responsibilities

  • Define and Execute Product Strategy: Develop and align the vision and strategy for Denvr Cloud's portfolio with customer needs and market trends.
  • Drive Customer-Centric Development: Engage customers, translate their needs into product requirements, and prioritize features that balance business goals with technical feasibility.
  • Lead Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align efforts and refine the product through feedback.
  • Manage Roadmap and Execution: Oversee the product backlog, balancing innovation with stability, and adapt plans to changing market demands.
  • Monitor and Optimize Performance: Track key metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and optimize for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure Compliance and Security: Work with teams to meet industry standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2) and implement features that prioritize data privacy and security.
  • Execute Go-to-Market Strategy: Define pricing, market positioning, and GTM strategies with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and customer adoption.
  • Foster Continuous Improvement: Collect customer feedback post-launch, monitor performance, and iterate to keep products competitive.
  • Drive Innovation and Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends, explore opportunities for partnerships, and identify ways to scale and enhance Denvr Cloud.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical product management or product-focused engineering, including use of Lean Product Development methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of AI services, GPU compute hardware, and AI ecosystem companies and products.
  • Demonstrated experience in software development (e.g., Python, C++, Java, C#).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a goal-oriented mindset and a track record of delivering impactful outcomes.

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 per annum
