Job Title: Security Supervisor

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing security measures to protect property, controlling access to sites, and ensuring client rules and regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets.
  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor activities and identify potential security risks.
  • Develop and maintain written reports on security incidents and trends.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Develop and implement security plans and procedures to mitigate potential security risks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related security role.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and St Thomas Police Security Clearance.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certificate level C.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
