Shift Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Team Lead to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, including training and development.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries for the chef.
- 5-10 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as certification in food safety and handling.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
