Job Description:
The Senior Equipment Service Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient installation and maintenance of cold drink equipment at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Field Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
- Accountable for delivering the Field Service vision and strategy, driving employee engagement and organizational health, and translating business data to monitor results.
- Coach, motivate, and develop talent to enhance intellectual capital through training, rewarding, and retaining top performers.
- Perform performance management, improve productivity through technology enablement, training, process improvement, and identifying best practices.
- Audit Fountain Equipment installations to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies.
- Work cross-functionally with Equipment Installation Planning and Sales resources to support special projects and routine activities.
- Enhance customer relationships both internal and external.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2 years supervisory experience, effective coaching/talent development, and ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data.
