About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at STARK GROUP LTD. as a Purchasing Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Procure general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to meet the needs of our organization.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Requirements Analysis
    • Analyze the requirements of our organization to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Negotiation and Contracting
    • Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
    • Develop and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with our organization's policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Monitoring
    • Prepare and submit reports on purchasing activities, including expenditure, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
    • Monitor the progress of delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
