Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Procure general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to support the company's operations.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Requirements Analysis
    • Analyze the requirements of various departments to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement needs.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management
    • Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
    • Manage contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance.

Requirements
  • Education
