About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at STARK GROUP LTD. as a Purchasing Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Procure general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to meet the needs of our organization.
    • Develop and maintain specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
    • Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and terms.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Assess the requirements of our organization to develop effective procurement strategies.
    • Monitor the progress of delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
    • Prepare reports to track procurement activities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Consult with suppliers to ensure that their products and services meet our needs.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
