Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Manage complex calendars, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient access to information.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or secretarial studies.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or senior management setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
