Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at ATL Senior Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory management.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring professionalism and efficiency in customer service.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 37.5 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
