Job Opportunity

EMCO Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Strategic Development Program.

Program Overview

The 5-phase program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, covering all aspects of our business, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more.

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics

  • Gain a deep understanding of our operations, including product knowledge, sales support, and logistics.

Phase 2: Operations

  • Develop skills in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, and financial statements.

Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management

  • Take your skills to the next level by troubleshooting and resolving service issues, managing large-scale projects, and driving business growth.

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management
