Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Spartan Training Institute Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budget management
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative roles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
