Job Summary:

The Customer Care Associate plays a vital role in supporting parking operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers entering our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Team lead and Supervisor to support parking operations
  • Identifies customer questions, concerns, and overall needs
  • Provides accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
  • Addresses customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner
  • Redirects customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed
  • Follows company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
  • Responds immediately to all reports concerning damage to equipment
  • Observes security monitors to ensure no criminal activity occurs and reports any activity to management
  • Balances cash records at end of shift and manages parking records during shift
  • Troubleshoots parking equipment issues at the site level
  • Completes additional duties assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or higher education
  • Basic Computer skills – Windows, MS Office
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity, is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Extremely professional with excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Positive attitude and empathy for clients
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle preferred
