At VistaCare Communications Services of Canada Inc, we are seeking a skilled Land Survey Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys, operating survey instruments, and collecting geospatial data to support our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field surveys and collect data using GPS and other navigation equipment
  • Operate survey instruments and computer equipment to measure distance, angles, elevations, and contours
  • Prepare detailed drawings, charts, and plans, as well as survey notes and reports
  • Record measurements and other information obtained during field survey activities
Requirements:
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work outdoors and in various locations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to work in a team environment
