This role involves managing projects across various stages, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to prepare project deliverables, including scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Source and recommend project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process, conduct bid evaluations, and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Direct the project delivery team by providing clear guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, tracking progress and reporting status and variances.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop effective risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Apply expert knowledge of project management principles and best practices to drive project success.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
