Job Title: Principal Consultant, Scrum Master

We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Scrum Master with working experience in Financial risk and fraud prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain burndown charts and weekly velocity charts to track team progress.
  2. Facilitate scrum ceremonies, ensuring smooth team collaboration and communication.
  3. Hold team members accountable for committed user stories, promoting a culture of ownership and responsibility.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks, serving as an early warning indicator for potential issues.
  5. Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting lessons learned, impediments, and areas for improvement.
  6. Monitor and adapt the team's agile approach, ensuring capacity planning, story points, and acceptance criteria are effectively managed.
Requirements
  1. BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree.
  2. Excellent system analysis skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience as a Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successful team transformations.
  2. Experience working in a fully agile, high-paced team in the fraud domain, with a strong understanding of financial risk and fraud prevention.
  3. Ability to track delivery schedules for committed user stories, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  4. Experience working with User Interface, User Accessibility Testing, Alert Management, Microservices, Backend Database, Cloud migration, and other relevant technologies.
