Senior Executive Vice President of Technology and Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive Vice President of Technology and Operations to join our team at Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the technology and operations teams, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive business success.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring they are aligned with the company's vision and mission.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring the company's interests are protected and advanced.
- Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Event Management: Manage events, ensuring they are executed smoothly and efficiently, and that they align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to staff to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers, ensuring the company gets the best possible deals.
- Business Development: Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and expansion, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a technology and operations context.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as project management or leadership certifications, would be an asset.
