About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless operations during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by monitoring inventory, preparing reports, and addressing customer complaints.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
