Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at White Spot Duncan. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Operations: Estimate ingredient and supply needs, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
- Scheduling: Create and manage schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and inventory management.

- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
- Language: English.
