We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of employees and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food by maintaining a clean and safe environment, managing inventory and supplies, and addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with other Shift Managers and restaurant staff to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
