Director of Sales Job Description

Brandt is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Vac Truck sales efforts in Canada. As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and increasing profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams and dealers to ensure effective product knowledge and application training.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  4. Provide market intelligence and feedback to ensure Brandt's pricing, programs, and marketing strategies are aligned with market trends.
  5. Identify opportunities for product development and innovation to drive growth and profitability.
  6. Assist in coordinating trade shows and attending industry events to promote Brandt's products and services.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

  • Proven sales leadership experience in the industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
