Job Title: Director of Sales

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the Transportation division. This role is responsible for driving sustained and profitable growth in sales of Brandt's new lineup of Vac Trucks in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and profitability in Canada.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and Sales Specialists to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide product knowledge and application training to regional sales and dealer sales teams.
  • Research and track competitor product pricing levels, activities, and tactics.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform Brandt's pricing, programs, and marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for attachment product development to enhance market penetration and deliver increased profit opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating trade shows and attending trade shows in the territory.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales and/or product or technical support experience in heavy construction and Vacuum trucks.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Vac Truck dealers and manufacturers.
  • Capable of basic computer skills, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook.
  • Team player, people person, self-starter, and motivated towards goals.
  • A recent driver's abstract will be required.
  • Must be able to obtain or possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
