Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at A & A Meat Shop Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Order and receive merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
