As a key member of our exterior finishing crew, you'll be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a seamless and durable finish. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring our clients' buildings are protected from the elements and look their best.

Responsibilities:

* Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to achieve a high-quality finish
* Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
* Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure a strong bond
* Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat as required
* Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
* Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
* Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces

Work Environment:

* Work in various locations, including construction sites and client properties
* Stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
* Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in plastering or a related field
* Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
* Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
