B.B.S. EXTERIOR LTD. is seeking a skilled Exterior Plasterer Specialist to join our team. As an Exterior Plasterer Specialist, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a smooth and durable finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to create a smooth and durable finish
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure a strong bond
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat, if required
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in plastering
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
