Sterile Processing Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at Jain Dentistry Professional Corporation. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of medical equipment and instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer tests using equipment, instruct patients on test procedures, and record results.
- Assist healthcare professionals in preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Clean and maintain equipment, lay out surgical instruments, and prepare and maintain equipment and supplies.
- Follow through on treatment programs with patients, monitor, check, and calibrate auditory equipment.
- Process files and paperwork, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage routine office functions.
- Order supplies and equipment, organize and maintain inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment, 30 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on a healthy work-life balance.
- Fluency in English, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
