We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Planner Hybrid to join our team at Techo-Bloc. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales forecasts, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop 12-month forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation using statistical methods and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to gather information on product trends, warehouse stocking strategies, and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain the monthly Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) with other company leaders and executives to align sales objectives and identify external variables that impact forecasts.
  • Analyze variances between actual sales and forecasts to understand the variables affecting demand and explain them at monthly S&OP meetings.
  • Assist in establishing minimum-maximum inventory, inventory turns, service level, and overstock targets to meet corporate standards in all Techo-Bloc distribution centers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in demand planning and analysis.
  • Knowledge of statistics and forecasting.
  • Experience with R, Python, and VBA (an asset).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLookup, Power Queries, graphs, etc.).
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
  • APICS - CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
