Responsibilities

  • Develop 12-month forecasts using statistical methods and collaborate with sales managers to gather information on product trends and competitor analysis.
  • Analyze weekly data to identify anomalies and special events that impact forecasts.
  • Maintain the monthly Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) with company leaders and executives to align sales objectives and establish sales strategies.
  • Assist in establishing minimum-maximum inventory targets and production capacity plans to meet corporate standards.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts related to supply, demand, and capacity availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in demand planning and analysis.
  • Knowledge of statistics and forecasting.
  • Experience with R, Python, and VBA (an asset).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
  • APICS - CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) is an asset.
