Biryani Lounge is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and guests are aware of their check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Hotel Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, recreational activities, and local attractions.
  • Departure Procedures: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, ensuring all communication is clear and concise.
  • Special Needs: Assist guests with special needs, providing additional support and services as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
