Airport Security Manager

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Security Manager to oversee daily security operations at our airport location.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Airport Security team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team management and prompt response to emergencies.
- Oversee the handling of unattended baggage and security breaches, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
- Manage access control to restricted areas, including the issuance of temporary passes and supervision of Lost and Found services.
- Supervise the security staff during graveyard shifts, ensuring the facility is secure and locked/unlocked as required.
- Report incidents and maintain clear communication with management, ensuring timely and effective response to security threats.
- Experience in airport security or a related field, with a strong understanding of safety and security protocols.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of access control systems and procedures, including the issuance of temporary passes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing guidance and support to security staff.
- Preference will be given to candidates with RAIC clearance, although candidates without clearance will be considered for casual officer positions until clearance is obtained.
