The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in hazardous materials consulting, or equivalent experience in a related field. A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation are also required. Responsibilities:

  • Project management of Hazardous Materials related project work
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with an astute attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage assigned staff during multiple projects being completed in parallel time frames
  • Daily work will include management and/or completion of designated substance and asbestos assessment projects, mold and moisture assessments, indoor air quality assessments, lead and silica assessments and monitoring
  • Responsible for reports and specification preparation and management of personnel during inspections of abatement or remedial work
  • Preparing contract documents and being accountable for all financials for projects
  • Training and mentoring junior and intermediate technologists
  • Maintaining and enhancing quality control and will work within the assigned QA/QC framework within the group
  • Must be available to work during weekends and nights, as required

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
