The Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our Brisbane headquarters. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while supporting our dynamic team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office operations, including maintaining supplies and coordinating facility maintenance on occasion.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
  • Be the first point of contact for office visitors, phone inquiries, and correspondence.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members, ensuring a welcoming and efficient process.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members as required.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and professional workplace culture.

  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
