Banking Services Representative

Your Responsibilities- Greet and Assist Clients: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering their questions, and helping them use our banking applications and ABMs.
- Listen and Resolve Complex Situations: Listen to clients' needs and resolve situations that may be complex, providing advice and offering transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
- Refer Clients to Specialists: Refer your clients to your specialist colleagues for their specific needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
