Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Quebec City. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by completing transactions, identifying sales opportunities, and providing education and demonstration on our products and services. You will also focus on building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering solutions to meet those needs.

You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve team results, listen for opportunities to offer additional advice or introduce clients to our partners, and take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about putting clients first, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
