Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This position reports directly to the VP of Risk Advisory and Compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures across the organization.

The job duties include:

  • Managing and monitoring global compliance policies and procedures;
  • Overseeing the organization's compliance framework, including anti-bribery programs;
  • Implementing policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements related to deterring, detecting, and reducing bribery, corruption, and related reputational risks;
  • Delivering periodic and regular reports on compliance-related enforcement and implementation;
  • Developing and maintaining a sound knowledge of global regulatory, legal, and business requirements;
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies and industry members on ongoing matters;
  • Anticipating and analyzing risk factors and recommending controls;
  • Operating effectively in a high-stress environment with constantly changing expectations;
  • Providing advisory services and researching responses to inquiries and requests;
  • Coordinating and implementing action plans for resolution of issues identified in relation to compliance vulnerability and risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a university degree in a related field and have at least 3 years of experience managing a broad compliance program. You should also have deep knowledge of North American regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
