We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Waterbase Inn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Guest Support: Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Management: Requisition and manage materials and supplies to meet the needs of the motel.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a management role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluent English language skills.
