Job Description- Reporting to the Director of Project & Business Architecture, the Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver expected values.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business process owners to evaluate business requirements and facilitate business process improvement initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, including timelines, dependencies, and priorities.
- Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Facilitate ongoing collaboration with stakeholders to ensure all planned changes and progress are communicated effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years recent related experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- CPBA/PMI-PBA certification or candidate for certification.
