Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Worker to join our team at our Ville Mont-Royal facility. As a Production Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist production supervisors in meeting production needs by demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and teamwork, while considering environmental, health, and safety, and quality aspects.
  • Participate actively in improving operations and equipment in your work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by production supervisors.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of $27.96 during the probationary period.
  • $28.76 per hour after successful completion of the probationary period.
  • $32.86 per hour as a Production Operator.
  • Rotating shifts at the beginning of your employment (Day-Night-Evening) - 8-hour shifts, alternating between day, evening, and night shifts.
  • Fixed shifts upon obtaining a first position. Positions are on fixed shifts.
  • Night and evening shift premiums.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an industrial setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a standing position for several hours.
  • Excellent physical ability.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • ASP (SST for worker) course a plus.
  • Experience in operating an electric forklift and propane (a plus).
  • Flexography training (a plus).
